Broccoli / Gorgonzola / Eggs / Carrot / Raisin / Cashew nut / Olive oil / Salt / Black pepper
- Clean and wash the broccoli, then blend it
- When ready, put it in a microwave-safe container with its lid and add a spoon of water
- Cook in the microwave oven for 3 minutes at medium/high power
- Let it rest for 5 minutes in the closed container
- Cut two carrots in small pieces and start cooking them in a large pan with some olive oil
- Add the broccoli, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes
- Blend together two eggs and 100gr of gorgonzola and add them to the ingredients in the pan, cook for other 5 minutes
- Keep stirring and add raisins and crashed cashew nuts
- When the egg is completely cooked the dish is ready
