Cabbage / Parsley / Lemon zest / Sesame seeds / Cashews / Maldon salt / Sweet smoked paprika
Ingredients:
- 300g white cabbage
- 300g purple cabbage
- 30g cashews
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 lemon
- 2 spoons sesame seeds
- Maldon salt
- Sweet smoked paprika
- Put some water to boil
- Cut the cabbage leaves in small pieces (2x5cm)
- Cook separately the white and purple cabbage pieces for 3 minutes
- Drain them and let cool down
- Crush the cashews
- Toast the sesame seeds and cashews for a couple of minutes in a pan
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, chopped parsley, lemon zest, toasted sesame seeds and cashews
- Season with salt and paprika
