Ingredients:
300gr Broccoli
2 Eggs
30gr Pecorino romano
2 Slices of bread
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Sage
Recipe:
– Preheat the oven to 200°C
– Cut the broccoli in chunks
– Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and salt for 1 minute
– Slightly blend the broccoli until finely chopped
– Toast the slices of bread in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and sage
– Blend the bread slices until you get breadcrumbs
– Mix together breadcrumbs, eggs, pecorino romano and broccoli
– Season with more salt and pepper
– Create tots with your hands and place on the oven tray previously sprinkled with oil
– Bake for 20 minutes
