Cauliflower with endive, pastrami and dates

Cauliflower / Endive / Pastrami / Dates / Olive oil / Salt / Black pepper



1 cauliflower
2 small endives
50gr pastrami
10 small dates


  1. Clean and cut the cauliflower in small pieces
  2. Slice the endive, pastrami and dates
  3. Put all ingredients into a casserole with salt, pepper and olive oil
  4. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
  5. Reduce heat to 140°C and cook for other 20 minutes
