Recipe for 2 pizzas:
- 200 ml water and ice
- 10 gr salt
- 1 gr dry yeast
- 340 gr 00 flour
- 300 gr tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, yeast, water and salt
- Keep kneading the dough until its surface is smooth, slightly wet but not sticky on the hands
- Let rise the dough to grow for 2 hours
- Once ready, split the dough in two smaller pieces, cover them and let rise in the fridge for 24 hours
- Remove from the fridge 2 hours before cooking the pizza
- Prepare the sauce with stir fried onion, tomato sauce and salt
- Preheat the oven at 230° C
- When you are ready to start, spread out the dough with your hands and try to leave the border a bit thicker than the center
- Spread the tomato sauce on the dough
- Add some olive oil
- Put the pizza in the oven for 9 minutes
- Remove the pizza from the oven, add the slices of mozzarella on top
- Put back in the oven for 2/3 minutes
