Octopus and potato salad

Octopus / Potato / Parsley / Olive oil / Salt

  1. Bring water to boil in a big deep skillet
  2. Immerse the octopus in the water for 1 minute, then remove it and keep it outside for another minute. Repeat 3 times.
  3. Cook at low heat for 50 minutes
  4. Slice the potatoes and cook them in water for 20 minutes
  5. Let cool down in its water
  6. Slice it and then combine all ingredients
